I encourage you to get tips from the pros even on the small jobs. While I recommend my book, Vinyl Application 101, because it goes in-depth into many issues you’ll run into, you can get some quick tips on cleaning the surface from our friends over at Easy Street Discount.

Working closely with Simon Wright at Greenwich Design Associates, the Shell fleet team developed an innovative design campaign using 3M’s brand to meet Shell’s stringent standards. Creating a design standard that would incorporate the base design, special promotional add-ons and tough wear-n-tear on a tanker was certainly no easy feat.

If you have been in Paris lately, you might have noticed the impressive Air France fleet of airport buses. These stylish buses are seen by Parisians on their way to work, tourists enjoying the “City of Light”, and professionals visiting France’s capital on business. The audience for the fleet buses is huge, according to 3M. To date, 55 buses of the Air France Parisian fleet have been covered with Scotchprint Graphics, either completely or partially. These buses take travellers to destinations both within the city and to outer suburbs of the Paris region.

They say that the Great Wall of China is the only structure visible from a spacecraft orbiting the earth. That may still be true, but Toyota’s promotion of their first ever participation in Formula One may not be far behind. The gigantic image of a Toyota Formula One car and the team’s two drivers on the main building of Toyota’s European headquarters in Brussels, while not visible from space, has certainly been seen from the skies of Belgium - as well as by thousands of other business executives who pass the building each day.
