Avery Dennison’s Graphics & Reflective Products Division is teaming up with Roland to make the lives of vehicle wrappers a little easier.

Avery just announced that its Easy Apply RS Technology – popular with vehicle wrap installers – will be featured in the Roland Restyling Solution, the newest addition to Roland’s award-winning media line.

“We are excited to bring our new Roland Restyling Solution featuring Avery Dennison Easy Apply RS Technology to the vehicle wrap market,” says Rick Scrimger, vice president and general manager for Roland DGA Corp.  

“We tested, certified and profiled the Roland Premium Wrap Vinyl featuring Avery Dennison Easy Apply RS Technology with Roland printers and inks and it meets the highest standards for imaging, performance and durability.”

The Roland Restyling Solution supports Roland’s entire line-up of eco-solvent and solvent inkjets including the new VersaArt RS series as well as the popular SOLJET and VersaCAMM models.

Avery says Easy Apply RS Technology makes wraps easier to install. Here’s ho it works: Installers can drape the vinyl over the vehicle and position it. If it’s not exactly where the installer wants it, they can slide it to where they want it to be and reposition. Air bubbles and wrinkles aren’t a problem because of the Easy Apply RS air egress channels.
