Océ introduced the Océ CS9060 eco-solvent inkjet printer for creating indoor and outdoor display graphics prints. The company is targeting people who are entering the digital printing market or companies that are already active in this market and want to expand their production capacity.

The Océ CS9060 printer accepts roll media up to 64 inches wide and can print on a variety of paper, vinyl, textile and film media. Coated and uncoated media can be used for indoor and short- to mid-term outdoor applications. Addressable print resolutions range from 720 x 720 dpi to 1440 x 1440 dpi. In Production Plus print mode at 720 x 720 dpi, print speeds of up to 166 square feet per hour can be achieved.Eco-solvent inks provide the outdoor benefits of solvent inks while enabling usage of the Océ CS9060 printer in a regular office or small print shop environment. Eco-solvent inks do not require the addition of air purification systems recommended for low-solvent inks or major building ventilation modifications required for full-solvent inks. The eco-solvent inks used in the Océ CS9060 offer an outdoor durability of up to three years without lamination.
