NUR Macroprinters will be presenting the new NUR Tango solvent-based printer at the International Sign Expo 2007, booth #3206 from April 12 - 14, 2007 in Las Vegas , Nevada.

The new NUR Tango solvent-based inkjet production printer is designed tobring an unprecedented level of cost-effectiveness to the wide-format printing market. Furthermore, the machine offers the flexibility to print with Solvent Die Sublimation inks thus allowing printing on various fabrics. The machine is set to become the machine of choice for middle-sized printshops. Printing speeds of up to 87 sq.m (934 sq.ft)/hr for outdoor applications and 40 sq.m (430 sq.ft)/hr for high-quality, point-of-purchaseapplications, are said to make it one of the the most attractive, versatile solutions on the market today.

Available in 4 and 6-color models, the NUR Tango supports printing on avariety of substrates including standard PVC, self-adhesives, paper, mesh, textiles and more and allows the development of a wide array of print applications. It is designed to also support double-sided and multi-roll printing options. It will also support Dye-Sublimation printing for the production of soft signage on a variety of fabric media.

The printer was previewed last month at the Graphics of the Americas show in Miami and will be launched this week at the International Sign Expo in Las-Vegas with live demonstrations of its capabilities.

Alongside the NUR Tango, NUR will be demonstrating the following wide andsuper-wide format UV printers:

- The new NUR Expedio 5000 Revolution - A UV-inkjet wide-format production printer was built to deliver an unmatched production speed of 300 sq.m (3,200 sq.ft)/hr that is 4 times that of most solvent-based printers. In addition, the NUR Expedio 5000 Revolution enables 4 times the ink coverageof most solvent ink printers making it cost effective to print with UV inks

- NUR Tempo Q - released last month, is a higher resolution version of NUR’s popular flatbed UV-inkjet production printer providing print speeds of up to 100 sq.m (1,070 sq.ft)/hr with higher color density and improvedprint quality. This advanced UV production printer prints directly on both rigid and roll-fed substrates and is designed to produce very high imagequality of up to true 1,270 x 800 dpi for a broad range of wide-format printing applications.

NUR Expedio 3200 Flatbed Module - This innovative feature enables quick changeover between roll-fed and rigid printing, underscoring the flexibility of a flatbed machine. The increased media versatility facilitates the printing of a wide variety of applications from point of purchase to billboard. An upgrade is available for existing NUR Expedio 3200 owners.
